To ensure a safe and trustworthy environment, you must meet certain criteria to use our platform.

• You are at least 18 years old, or browsing under the supervision of a legal guardian.
• You have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
• The payment method you use is legally authorized for your use.
• All information you provide during registration and checkout is truthful and accurate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorized reselling, or a violation of these Terms.

We strive to provide accurate product details, but you acknowledge the inherent limitations of online shopping and cosmetic usage.

Product Accuracy: Colors and shades may vary slightly due to your device's screen settings and lighting. Product packaging and ingredient lists may change due to manufacturer updates. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product information, and limit order quantities without prior notice.

Health & Safety Disclaimer: All products sold by MakeupSpice are strictly for cosmetic and beauty purposes and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. Customers are fully responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and performing patch tests prior to full application. MakeupSpice is not liable for allergic reactions, skin irritations, or damages resulting from the misuse or improper storage of any product.

We aim to make your purchasing process as seamless and transparent as possible.

Pricing & Payment: All prices are displayed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) unless stated otherwise. Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery (Nepal only), Esewa, Khalti, FonePay, Bank Transfer, and approved international gateways. We reserve the right to reject suspicious transactions or request identity verification for high-risk purchases.

Shipping & International Orders: Estimated delivery timelines are provided as guidelines and may be affected by weather, public holidays, or courier delays. Once a shipment is marked "Delivered" by the courier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer. MakeupSpice is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer addresses.

For International Orders: Customers are strictly responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and regulatory fees imposed by the destination country. MakeupSpice cannot be held liable for customs delays or government inspections.

Due to strict health, hygiene, and safety standards, opened or used cosmetic products are strictly non-returnable.

You may be eligible for a replacement, refund, or store credit only under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged product, an incorrect item, or a product with a manufacturing defect.
• Claims are submitted to our support team within 24–48 hours of delivery.
• You provide clear photo or video evidence of the defect.
• The product remains substantially unused.

Order cancellations must be requested before you receive a shipment confirmation. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. We reserve the right to reject refund claims that appear fraudulent or abusive.

Our Intellectual Property: All branding, logos, website design, product descriptions, and promotional materials belong to MakeupSpice. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, resell, or use our materials to train AI systems without explicit written consent.

User-Generated Content: By submitting reviews, photos, videos, or tagging us on social media, you grant MakeupSpice a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display, market, and share your content across our platforms. You agree not to post false reviews, defamatory content, or copyright-infringing materials. We reserve the right to remove any user content at our sole discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeupSpice and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or physical reactions arising from your use of our platform or products. In any event, our total liability shall never exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product or order in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MakeupSpice from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of our platform, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or service failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, internet outages, or customs delays.

These Terms, and any disputes arising from your use of MakeupSpice, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nepal.

We may update these Terms periodically, and your continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.
